Woah, long time no change. 

Here is a small script I based on Ola Lindberg's Svorak A1 AutoHotKey script, 
making it into a Gunnar Parment style Swedish Dvorak instead.
You can turn it on and off by pressing Ctrl+F11 and CapsLock is mapped to Escape.
Icons are made by Ola as well.
